01.11.2013 || Favorite Photo Friday ™ Here we are the second week of January and it is sixty degrees (in a city that normally sees highs in the thirty’s). All the snow we had during the Christmas holiday has melted away and what little snow that is left is well …. it is black and gross and not eye pleasing at all. Even our snowman is a pile of rumble (eyes, nose, and buttons) in the yard. So, I had to do it. I just had to go back through my folder for a picture that was pretty and sunny and eye pleasing (complete opposite of black and gross and not eye pleasing).

Ahh yes, beautiful red poppies! And the best part is that they are from my garden so I will get to enjoy them again this summer. But for now, you too get to enjoy them too! (I like to share like that).
