Recently my son and I visited the Metro Park in Grove City, the Scioto Grove Metro Park. We had never been and were meeting some friends at this convenient location. We were pleasantly amazed at the lush greenery and the closeness of the path to the River. It was so peaceful.
It was pretty hot the day we visited, so we came prepare with plenty of water and snacks. There were also many families enjoying a picnic lunch and other fellow dog lovers walking the trail. We enjoyed the ability to have a pet friendly walking path too where our puppy could get some exercise. I think my favorite part was our walk along the river, listening to the birds.
