06.16.2023 || Favorite Photo Friday ™ … Dog Days of Summer. With the summer solstice about a week away and the heat of the Midwest hitting us like a brick, I remember the days growing up when visiting my grandparents house. They lived in the country where we always played outside. Swinging on the tree swing, drinking iced lemonade, and eating popsicles to keep the heat off. Not sure that entirely worked, but it sure was fun hanging with my cousins.
