When you can’t beat them, then you better get your snow pants on, suit up and join them! For a Snow day that is. I know it was a Saturday, but it made for a great day to play in the snow.
It truly was a winter wonderland. There was the adult shoveling event {though not as fun as making snow angels}.
And the kiddos were putting snow back on the freshly shoveled walk ways as fast as we could clear them.
Then we made some snow angels.
Okay … so boys can only make so many snow angels. Next order of business was the creation of the mini sledding hill. It was with great perfection that the fine tuning was done.
And now bring on the laughs …
and some pop up wheelies …
And there was more laughter…
And there were some beautiful smiles.
And then there was a little kitty that wanted come outside too….So despite the shoveling, it was nice to get from fresh air and play in the snow.
So when in Rome, do as the Romans do… have a Snow Day!
