Living in Columbus in Franklin County, I drive by this location several times a month. I always notice the marker and the beautiful landscaping in this area. This day, I actually stopped to read and learn about this Marker.
Located in Worthington OH, this was where the Masonry for Central Ohio was centered in the early years of the nineteenth century. Part of the New England Lodge, its original charter from the Grand Lodge of Connecticut, it is the oldest lodge in continuous existence in Ohio, with this building built in 1820.
